At RiffatGlow, customer satisfaction is our priority. We are committed to delivering quality beauty and skincare products to your doorstep with care and trust. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • You contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

Note: Due to hygiene and safety reasons, used or opened beauty/skincare products are non-returnable, unless there's a genuine quality issue or damage during transit.

2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, email us at riffatglow@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Pictures of the product (if damaged/incorrect)

  • A brief description of the issue

Once we verify the claim, we will guide you through the return process.

3. Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our mistake (e.g., wrong or damaged item).

  • Products must be packed securely to avoid further damage during return transit.

4. Refund Policy

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

  • If approved, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method or via bank transfer within 7–10 business days.

  • In case of partial refunds (e.g., for items missing from an order), only the eligible amount will be returned.

We do not offer cash refunds or refunds via mobile top-up.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

We will not issue a refund if:

  • The return request is made after 3 days of delivery.

  • The product has been opened, used, or tampered with.

  • The issue is related to personal dislike of fragrance, texture, or color (please choose carefully).

  • The customer provided incorrect delivery information.

6. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once your order is dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible. If you still don’t want the product, you may follow our return process after receiving it (if eligible).
